Basic Function:

• To provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers by producing a detailed, orderly presentation of the data, facts, figures, that can lead an investor to make a well-educated decision about the financing request.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare commercial mortgage loan/sales packages and submissions for presentation to lenders and buyers.
• Respond to lender and borrower questions.
• Work with Production Coordinator on loan requests.
• Coordinate information regarding market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, aerials, maps, rent/sales, comparables.
• Prepare market analysis reports, including vacancy, absorption, and comparable rents and sales.
• Review and analyze legal documents and third party reports as part of the due diligence process.
• Assist loan originators in preparing documentation for the closing process.
• Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations.
• Perform complicated financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel.
• Prepare and maintain financial models in Argus.
• Interact with clients, prospective buyers and investors.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with top level executives.
• Strong computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Excel, Argus and Word.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
• Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• 3-5?years of experience in a financial analysis environment in the mortgage or commercial real estate industry.
• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
